Hot on the heals ofhis sublime remix of RATM – Killing in the Name Of, The Robotic one drops acouple of stabs of phat acid house.

Using a phat acid riffgroove, the EP presents two tracks themed around the experience of a night onthe dancefloor with ken kesey. “I’m Coming Up mix” creatively mixes sound efxalongside vocal and synth hooks over a throbbing acid riff you can’t fail tojack too. Peak time dancefloor destruction!

The “Strung Out Mix”takes things a little more gentle as a funky bassline gets the groove on, withintricate percussion of rim shots and vocal stabs. Before introducing the acidriff in the breakdown. Grooving percussion working off the acid riff then takesworks to take the dancefloor to the next level.

Weighing in with asuper funky spaced out remix is New Zealand’s Dilby. Part of the ChilliJamevents in Wellington and podcast series, this guy is sporting some serious productionskills. Fat Freddie’s Drop and magic Johnson may have a contender for bestexport soon! Dilby won FFR’s virgin remix competition back in December 2009.
